But with thousands of people dying from Covid-19 and political positions extremely polarized, it is now time to sit back a little and let things happen. In his speech to the nation on Saturday night, President-Elect Joe Biden echoed Abe Lincoln and asked us to work together for the greater good. He promised to be President not just for those who voted for him, but for all Americans-- a refreshing change from the "Me,Me,Me" attitude of the man who still sits in the oval office for the next two months. Mr. Biden, who attends church on a regular basis, quoted Ecclesiastes, calling for "a time to heal," almost echoing Lincoln's second inaugural speech call to "bind up our nation's wounds.
